LA BRÛLERIE D'ALRÉ

CLAUDINE, ERIK & LAURA

Coffee Roastery

Santez Anna signifie Sainte Anne en breton, et c’est aussi le nom donné au café ouvert à Auray par la famille qui a ensuite créé la Brûlerie d’Alré, et la développe toujours aujourd’hui.

For three generations — more than half a century — they have carried within them a deep love for coffee and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship: working with whole beans, carefully sourced from producers around the world who are close to the heart of the Maison.

When it came time to tell their story and share their vision, Emeric’s passion for coffee resonated through every word spoken by the members of this family rooted in Brittany’s world of flavors.

A land that inspires them — and lends a distinctive note to their signature blends.

With the drone, we captured the raw power of the Quiberon coastline; in their workshop, we patiently followed the beans, learned from the roast curve, observed cupping tastings, and breathed in the aromas for days on end. We immersed ourselves fully in their world — so we could let others taste it through our images. ◼️
